Losing lot of money in Palacia
Q: I am losing lot of money in Palacia. Construction has been stopped long ago. If Parsvnath is not starting that project, it should provide my money back with interest. Can we initiate any legal action against the builder?

Legal Action Against Parsvnath
Q: Dear All, I think we shall start joint legal action against the builder for refund of our amount with interest. I am planning to send legal notice followed by filing case. I think that it will be better that all the owners form a action group and start action against the builder. Interested owners please reply to my mail id vinod.prafull@gmail.com
