Heard abt some encroachment issue in Smondoville. Can somebody provide info on which portion of the township has this issue?

There is an open legal case on the land on which Smondoville is built. The case is that the land belongs to Government and tahsildhar has issued a notice to vacate. Does anybody have an update on this?
I didnt know that there is some legal issues gong on with this project. How did you get to know about it have you booked a flat in this project? Keep updating if you come to know any recent information about it.
I was about to buy a flat in Smondoville. During legal review of the title, this came to my notice. Don't want to put money into a property, if the title is not clear.
