Is it approved by SBI and how much are they charging for amenities?
Q: I came to know, their amenities charges are on a higher side and they are not providing any scope for Cauvery water pipeline connection to the apartment.

they are quoting 3500/psft
they were quoting 2500/- 1 month back. Now it is 2600 or 2700/-
