When is the possesion
Q: The Bengal Greenfield website claims the handover was supposed to begin Dec 2009, any delay greater than 5 months it would be Rs.5 per sq ft, so like does anyone know when we get the possesion and do we get compensated

The flats were supposed to be handed over last december and allowing a grace period of 6 months, they should have been handed over in June this year. We should be getting compensation. Have written several emails asking for the date of handover and compensation but have received no reply.
