Hi, has anybody booked Apartment with Amrutha Heights or Amrutha Value?
Q: I want to know is their any residents or people who have bought house in Amrutha Property - Amrutha Value/ Amrutha Heights? We are planning to buy one. But want to know the opinion from user experience.

My comments to replies
As far as I know the builder (Amrutha Shelters) is known for quality and innovation. They are having three ongoing projects which are in different level of construction. Amrutha Heights has got all the necessary approvals and the possession is expected by end of 2016.

Amrutha Value is a ready to move in project and has got approval from BBMP & banks like LIC Housing Finance & State Bank of India. Now it depends on you that you want to go for under construction project or ready to move in property.
