Hi there, Me and my relatives also have 3 1BHK flats in MVL The Palms. We booked these flats in the month of August/September 2013 and were assured for a possession of our flats by the end of 2016. Now it’s 2.5 years approximately and we have paid 3 instalments. The recent update that we got from them is that they are planning to start the work at the earliest in the month of April and now they have all the approvals in place. The fact is that I visited their site on 19-Mar-2016 and no work has been started yet. No-one except one guard and an office boy was available at the site. They conveyed that there is some issue going on with the villagers for the land acquisition. This was really surprising for me as it is illegal for any builder to start selling any flat if the required approvals, documentation and sufficient funds are not available. Their indiHomes project is also stooped which is 70% completed.
