Hi Anil, I have been in touch with Earth people for last 5-6 months but they never provide solution. All I have been getting for last many months are shocks only. I had got the home loan approved and asked them to provide BBA but they kepe delaying it. They always give different information. Each employee there has different information and conducts according to his whim & fancy. You are right, they should have given BBA after 10% booking amount as all the builders do. But Earth is totally illogical. I went there thrice but got nothing. They have also increased the size of each unit by 100 sq feet without changing size of room, toilet etc. except providing one extra balcony. If you have more people with you, bring them together. I think you had booked the flat in ET earlier and then got refund. Well, availability is there and project is also approved. I have booked a flat. well, I have not faced any problem so far. Cant be sure about the future. I paid 10% and have applied for the loan. The company also handed over BBA.
