alliance- orchid flats booking numbers
Q: Today i visited the site and enquired the sales personnel number of bookings of their flat. According to them so far they have booked only 430 including 350 booked during 2008 .During the august they have booked only 80. but some pile foundation work is being done .the sales people say that 24% less from superbuilt area for carpet area. i suugest that we may meet in common venue in one sunday and will decide to enable us to proceed further.

I will be booking the 2244Sqft flat by end of this week. Looks like after the approval they increased the price now they are saying rate is 3900/sqft. Is there any bargain i can make or atleast in any other charges?. Since i am an NRI i don't have much information.
