I have spoken to both Saba and Farooq who are playing a major role in taking care of this project and they sound pretty confident about it. Being the border of Karnataka and TN, its a good choice to invest there, because u can access all the advantages of Bangalore, staying in TN (where building costs, utility costs, tax, registration cost etc) are far lesser than Bangalore. If you are looking for a long term investment say 4-5 years, it will make sense to invest here.
