Hi ...I am planning to purchase 2 BHK apartment in Ecovista project at shilphata junction NH4.
Q: Hi ...I am planning to purchase 2 BHK apartment in Ecovista project at shilphata junction NH4. Pl give your views about area appreciation in next 3-4 years (Mumbra is 4 KM away from site) and also advice about Bharat infra developer.

This project is really good and I have also invested in this project in 2 BHK flat. 1.5 times appreciation will be sure till possession of flat. I have surf many projects in area but I find Eco vista project most promising as location wise and ammenity wise.
