Land Registration
Q: My concern is that LIC and SBI do not approve ths project as Empyrean does not allow land registration initially. I wanted to know, when will they allow for land registration? Does any of you have an idea about this ?

Q: Has anybody bought the plot in NBR meadows. Plz let me know the feedback about this group and at what price?

I did purchase one plot there. I think the pricing now is 330 rs. You can see NBR homes before reaching NBR meadows and ppl have started leaving there.
