Q: I have 2 plots in jayanthi town part 1. What is the present situation there. Can I build a house there?

If I am right, Jayanthi Town Part 1 has been acquired by the Government long ago. Now Part II also is proposed to be acquired, current status of which is it is stayed by the court on a petition filed by VGP.
