Commence Orchid Ozone Building No. 9 and completing.
Q: Kindly confirm when commence building no. 9 and completing also disbursement due date.

It works both ways for us who have booked in building no 9...If they start work and deliver late the interest burden will be too high. I wish they start it close to the delivery date.. which is expected to be 2013..thats the most optimistic date. I wish i was sure... Like i mentioned most optimistic is 2013. Orchid Ozone is a spoilt kid now.. The best you can expect is the less worst of the options :P. @Shiraj, Liked the project but now what I feel is that it is not worth at all, so better I drop down my idea of booking a flat there. Any ways thanks for updating me about the project.

Any update on building no.3 work status?
Q: I've been asked to do slab payment for the brick,plaster & electric work before 2 months back. Is there any progress going on for this work?

Hi Ashish, Are you booking it from the Builder or a resale one through a broker?... You will have to specify what project details you are looking for?..
