Dear RC, Thanks a lot. No. i have not yet paid the parking money, although i have got an allotment letter from them long back. I really don't know whether i should pay the parking fee, as they are demanding payment to third party agency and as far as i know, builder can't charge for the parking lot (as per the govt rule). Really confused and don’t know what to do. Really wondering when they'll finish the project, as they are yet to start the initial construction activities as you are rightly pointed out they are yet to get some clearances from Govt and land owners (NOC) from farmers.
