Latest Answer: This is the reply I got from the builder. Though they accept there has been a delay, they are refusing to pay any compensation. Further to your mail, As you are aware, one of the worst recessions in 2008 & 2009 had an impact on the entire financial system, put a strain on some of our activities which otherwise could have lead to an early/timely completion of the project.
