Q: is the builder open to price negotiation

Revised apartment plan agreement
Q: Could anyone please let me know if you have received the revised apartment plan agreement. Still I haven't received the revised apartment plan and payment agreement, but got a mail saying that Gulmohar block basement will be completed in mar '11 and need to pay the second installment. I have no idea about the amount to be payed for the second installment due to revised apartment plan.

I received sale agreement & construction agreement. But I booked this (Gulmohar) flat after approval so there is no change in plan for me. I spoke and also mailed to Mr. Krishnakumar regarding updating the status of the project on the site. No response as of now. Lets wait & see.I received sale agreement & construction agreement.
