price negotiation
Q: is the builder open to price negotiation

There is no chace to negotiate the price since the booking is already 85% completed.( including BlockD,C,B) I had booked 940 Sq.feet 2 days back at INR 3999. Total price to own 940 sq.feet with 2 bedroom is 46,00,000 if you select inbetween 1 to 4 th floor.
