Hi Aarti, Looks to be a good locality to reside in Malad east. The project and the locality seems to be reasonably good with good connectivity and infrastructure services. You have not specified about your requirements whether are you looking for 2 or 3 BHK in this project.
thanks for the updates , I am looking for a 2 BHK , but the Quote given by the builder is 1.13 + for a 2 BHK .Overshoots my modest budget so not considering Oak option . I had visited the site earlier , the property is on a height (hill) overlooking slums (on the backside) . The slums on the approach side will be cleared soon .

Buy a flat in Ekta Suprabhat , is it a good project ?
Q: A broker has suggested a 2 BHK flat in Ekta Suprabhat , as per the broker the flat will be available by Dec 2014. For all those who have booked a flat in this project , please inform if this is a good projet to buy a flat .
