Hello Dinesh, I stay in Phase III and if you ask me dont worry about your booking at Phase II as its a smart thing and it should yield very good results for should you wish to stay here in the future or even sell of your place. The area is going to develop in a big way and I dont know how much you are aware of Mumbai real estate but all i can say right now is Kurla is like Lower Parel how it was about 5 yrs ago and there is immense scope for development etc and a lot has been happening in the area off late.
