As per Aseem, IDEB has an irrevocable POA allowing them to go ahead with construction. However it is his "word". I would seriously like to see the POA and stress for it during the owners meeting. Now when will the owners meeting be held that itself is unknown. When is the construction going to start is also unknown as of now. As per Aseem they are regrouping to start the construction.
