I wonder they claim to have a land of 3500 acre in this mega city, how they started/offered booking in the site that was not in their claim on paper. If u go through agreement with Ansal, there is not much in our part for judicial relief. As in most cases benefit of land dispute favours the builders. Today I met PNB loan deptt. they have not yet sanctioned any loan for PD-1/PD-2. as they also have not LDA's map approval and without that approval no loan will be sanctioned. they are about to issue a letter to ansal to make them available the copy of said approval. For kind information, permission is granted in june,2013 but with retrospective effect.It is mendatory to accept or reject map approval within 6-7 months from the date of application. If it is not rejected then it is deemed to be accepted/granted permission. we should not emphasize on getting money back, instead ansal must provide us flat at another location within golf city. After waiting for 2-3 years getting money back is not right choice. my HDFC agent also confirmed that without LDA's approval, fresh loan will not be sanctioned. If site map is not approved by LDA then the construction will be considered illegal. so no need to deposite this installment.
