that forest has already gone through the court.. the forest dept. and BDA fought over it. Finally, the forest dept. prevailed, and only allowed a road to go through the forest. Now, its the property of the forest department. We've picked Oak - because at the size we wanted, we didn't like the floor plans the others had. We do have the forest view - but going by even our current place (Mantri Elegance), a view of the complex (pool, people /children/parks) is definitely a pleasant thing to have when you're far out there. :) The forest.. you could hop into any time.. all the time.
