Vishal, I understand..but think this way..Swagat afford when they launched the scheme they said, possession would be in Dec'12. not they are delaying possession by 2 years...What's you loss for this?? Multiply 24*Rent you would get for this apartment...=24*5000=1,20,000...plus as early you get the possession, you would get peace of mind. Madhav, I am already member of the Swagath afford owners. WTF, initially when I booked my apartment, they said possession will be in end of year 2012..and then they mentioned on their website that it was Dec'13 and now I hear more delay..What's cooking up? We should definitely deserve some compensations for this delay!! What you say? BTW anybody living nearby please update the status of construction? end of last year I heard that they have started the foundation of 1st phase, don't know any progress after that.
