Delay in BBMP Approval for Oceanus Vista
Q: BBMP approval process for Oceanus Vista is getting delayed. Initailly it was June 2010. Then it moved to October 2010 and now its January 2011. I assume that anybody who has booked a flat in Oceanus Vista will be concerned about this delay. I would like all the people who's booked a flat in Oceanus vista to join this group and lets get together to get things moving fast.

I have also booked a flat in Oceanus vista. Please keep me also in the loop if you get any updates regardig approval. I visited Oceanus office last week and they told the project approval is in final phase and will get approved by Jan 2011. However I dont want to believe these guys as they had been committing similar dates before also.I have also booked a flat in Oceanus vista.
