Q: Dear sir, I already booked a flat in Jain sunderbans. I had made delayed payments. How do i avoid interest for delayed payments. Is there any way. Can you pleas help me.

I have been levied delayed payment charges to the tune of Rs 1.8 Lakhs illegally by Jain housing for the payment they have received from ICICI Bank for two months. Same thing has been done to my brother who has booked a flat at this project. Even after representation personally, Jain Housing refused to budge from this.
