Hi All, For people who have booked in F,G,H,I wings, just wanted to know any date that has been communicated for "Registration" of flats. I have booked in F wing in Oct 2010, and there has been no firm communication on the registration date. The sales person has been saying that it will happen next month since Nov 2010. Recently I asked Mr. Ram from MSR whether any registration will happen in next 3 months {July- Sept}. He informed that registration date is not yet confirmed and you can go outstation without any issues. Nov 2010 - July 2011 (9 months) is a long time when you have paid your own contribution without any registration of the flat. It is good to know that people are using CommonFloor to communicate among residents (would be neighbors :) .
