Status of Evershine Crown
Q: Dear Co Owners, Evershine Crown construction has become a Big Jig Saw Puzzle,I have been contacting the Builders almost every month and receive the The same Carrot on Stick reply. THree and Hafl years after Booking No CORRECT Scenario till Date, If any of you have a Clue Please let me know. I am ready to join hands and represent whatever way required to get the correct picture. I am an NRI and therefore have less access to the Site activities and am Perturbed with the silence of the Builders.

I'm sure all of the owners recieved a letter regarding the status of construction from the builders, and the court case has been moving in the SC, latest from TOI yesterday, the case has been adjourned to be heard by a 3 member bench instead of the current 2 member bench....ridiculous and the delay can be months for the verdict....let's hope for the best.I'm sure all of the owners recieved a letter regarding the status of construction from the builders, and the court case has been moving in the SC, latest from TOI yesterday, the case has been adjourned to be heard by a 3 member bench instead of the current 2 member bench....ridiculous and the delay can be months for the verdict....let's hope for the best.
