I have canceled (May 2010)the flat which I book in Dec 2008. They are providing me letters which says the date when they will refund but they do not refund the money on the specified dates. Still fighting for my hard earned money. Do let me know any suggestions to get my money back..

I attended the meeting held at Hotel Savera. It was a good opportunity for the owners to have come together at a common place. In my opinion, we have not utilized this opportunity to our benefit. What do we want? At this juncture, after waiting for more than a year, when there is not a single activity going on in the site, all we should have demanded was to return our money in full. As someone suggested, we should have asked the owners or directors of the company to come for a meeting next week and take an undertaking in writing that they will return the money on such and such a date. Now the matter has gone to the police. We know the judicial system in our country. To get justice one has to wait for decades or he/she may not get justice at all.
