Thanks guys for all your feedback. I have purchased another apartment but the sad part is again my Builder has done similar things No Khatha Transfer, none of promised ameneties are delivered. These Builder's think that our hard earned money is waste and play with us. When people become aware about their misdeeds and stop buying any of their flats they would realize they are not King/SuperMan but Customer is for sure the one on whose money these people surviveThanks guys for all your feedback.
