Q: Has anybody got the latest update on the project. I don't think the Project is in good state. Everytime I visited the site, new story has been narated to me by the officials for the delays and the new schdule. I think it is time that the owners should have a word with the DB officials. As it seems we all owners have taken things for granted. No doubt today the DB Relaty share price would go down, on fridays news of Etisalte want to proceed with legal action aganist Swan Telecome. Why we owners has to take all these issue on our property, have we thought these things at the time of purchase. I strongly suggest we should come together and meet the officials with deadlines. If we don't do this, I don't think project will complete even by 2015.

As on today the construction is already started and the investors are not selling their flats below Rs.5800 Per Sq. Ft and the rate of the Builder is Rs.7200/- Per Square Feet and Rs.45/- Floor Rise. Q: I heard that the Builder has recently raised rate i.e. Rs.7540/- Per Sq. FT. Is it true?

My comments to replies
Is it so? How you came to know that the builder has increased the rates because when I visited last time they were quoting Rs 37lakhs approx for 1bhk and Rs 55lakhs approx for 2bhk.
Please visit the site and ask the builder then only you will come to know the fact.

Q: Hi, Good News. The booking of Darvesh HORIZON is started @ Rs.7000/- which is opposite to Orchid Ozone. I think it will accelerate the construction work of Orchid Ozone and builder will definitely rise the price.

Hey Manoj, Do you know how much price the builder is quoting for Orchid Ozone? I heard that the area is not yet developed, is that true?

Q: 2BHK 2 Flats of 839 Square Feet each booked in building No. 6 in July 2009 and paid 20% of the due amount and till date no payment calls received neither any update given. Could you kindly update me when the development will commence and tentative completion date?

As you all are aware that all the under construction projects are delayed due to the policies of the Government. Why not looking the facts and only blaming one or two projects. The construction work already started of Orchid Ozone, Dahisar Check Naka. The builder is taking the work of one building at a time. After some construction work he starts the work of another building to make every buyer happy. Please don't spread the rumors before investigating yourself as it will disappoint every purchaser.
