I think the only way to form a pressure group, hire some decent legal advice and send a collective notice. And take it from there. The builder's case is obviously weak because this contravenes natural law of justice and ethics of doing business. We can even do route this through consumer court, where, things can probably happen faster. Frankly, neither of the options served by the builder are acceptable. There is a far out chance that we may accept if they offer an alternative. Anyway, to begin with, let's all collect our email ids at once place.
