SJR LUXURIA
Q: Anyone got idea regarding SJR Luxuria property. We are planning to buy it but have seen that there has been many negative feedback about SJR properties? Any info on the builder and SJR luxuria would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Shobhana

several of us (owners) have gone thru the various documents - SJR has been transparent, prima facie things appear to be in order and have not really found any cause for concern, several flats have also been registered in the owners name. Hi I am one of the owners yet to move in, some 20+ have moved in and around 70 of us are in a group and regularly communicate with the builder.
