Hi Hitesh, You are right in saying that HDFC is not giving loans for this property. But govt. banks like SBI, BOB and LIC are readily giving loans for the same. I myself have booked a flat in Block A and got the loan sanctioned easily from LIC Housing Finance without much paperwork required from builder's side as LIC had already done the verification on their part. As I understand, there are still some clarifications pending for Block B but block A is all clear and approved by BDA. Though I've not shifted yet, property looks good so far, as far as plan and quality is concerned. But of course, I would be able to give proper feedback only after shifting. And also, it looks like you have approached thru DS Max.
