Payment of Service tax
Q: Hi, I have recently got a mail from Mantri to pay the service tax for construction of the flat. Wanted to know if anyone has paid the amount as yet and do we have to foot the service tax bill?

Revision of completion date of Mantri Celestia
Q: I just spoke to customer rep and they said they have revised the date of possession for the E tower and that would be September 2013...so there is another delay of 9 months.

honestly speaking I'm clueless....at present exploring possible options....what can be done in that scenario...?
