Q: Planning to buy an apartment in Phase II in UKN Esperanza. Need some quick help please any feedback on builder, title, maintenance, water availability etc much appreciated.

hi, I have booked flat in the phase 2 set of apartments but nothing seems to have happened after they collected the booking amount way back.
