Hi, Yes, they increased the SBA, but still the carpet area is same or less than the previous carpet area. So we end up in paying 116 sf more as per the revised plan and paying around 4 lacs extra without having a single sf carpet are more. Also as per the new plan, they changed the attached bathroom to the common toilet. ie, now both the toilets are common now. How come a 2BHK will have 2 common toilets. We are paying a huge investment for 2BHK just to hv 2 common toilets without having privacy.
