How about investing in this property and builder?
Q: The property is still in pre-launch phase and there is a factory which they are going to remove and then start construction. The pre launch investor quota looks good, but comes with high initial cost and risk. And is there any BMRC metro station coming near this property?

Hi Kumar, I do not think there will be a metro station coming up near Whitefield
The metro will take right turn from Brigade metropolis and will pass through near this project. May be some station will be in the vicinity.

Are there any present issues in the Akkala project?
Q: Dear residents, We are planning to invest in the penthouse of D block in the 9th floor of Akkala. Considering there were many past issues for this project, is it ok to go ahead? Any contact of any association member would be greatly appreciated.

google can enlighten you a lot. Pent houses were illegal of some sort so you still get 4 bhk penthouses near itpl here in
