This is highly objectionable as it violates the rules of weights and measures. Because of this practice, by the time the consumer consumes only four cylinders equivalent of gas, the bill would show that he has consumed six cylinders. The service provider gets two cylinders absolutely free which he can sell at commercial value. The oil companies are doing this injustice to consumers by colluding with the service providers.
