Hi I have been speaking to ETA regarding the progress of the apartment and it is not going to be complete in the near future. They say there is a case in the court with the contractor since the last 6 months. The ultimate long stop date is August 2011 and if they dont complete the project by that date they are liable to pay back our investment amount along with the interest.
