Artha property Brick Field Gem Park.. Can someone share their views on investment in this property?.. I am planning to book a villa there.. Thanks for your support in advance..
Q: Artha has been a well rated property marketer for various builders.. This time they are tied up with MBR group who are not much known in the Bangalore market.. But the property location is Sarjapur which is on high demand these days..

Don't rush We paid in 2012 till now construction is NOT started yet. don't know what is happening . Very late project.
All we have booked 3 villas...and would like to get connected to owners group...if there is any WhatsApp group please let us know....we have latest approval plan by builder - would share it across once joined....also need understand high tension power lines issues whether has been raised by anyone...as amenities are planned under it...please guide me connect to owner groups....thanks in advance

Hi Yogesh, it is approved by HDFC and LIC.. not sure whether SBI is also giving loans or not.
HDFC / LIC also have not approved this project. Do you have any contacts or reference of people who had already taken loan from these banks?

Hey Yogesh, are you planning to buy plot here? There is a 2400 sqft plot available at Rs 1.4 crore.. Let me know if interested..
Currently the rate quoted is 3600-3900 psft, I wd be interested if the price is more realistic
