Hi Mr. Sachin, I am not sure whether this Parimala Elan is of the same builder. But we checked a completed project, Periwinkle, by CMRS builder who is constructing Parimala Ivory. This flat is decently built up with basic amenities. So we have decided to go for Parimala Ivory.
