Pent House at Krishvi Gavakshi
Q: Did anyone booked a penthouse (4/5th floor) at krishvi gavakshi. Is the approval for the same in place? Will there be any problem taking home loan for a pent house? I spoke with HDFC/LIC/SBI and they said they need to check with there legal teams for pent house specially. Kindly advice.

The builder is admitting the deviation. But they also say that it is strictly within the permissible 5% deviation. They also go about saying nationalized banks such as SBI has approved the 4/5 floor duplexes for loan. But its best of our interest to check with a govt approved engineer and a lawyer before signing agreement..The builder is admitting the deviation.
