Is the price of Rs. 3300/sft is justified
Q: I went to the project site and I liked the project. Flats are nice. Model flat was excellent. But not sure whether they will deliver the same quality in actual flat or not? Also felt that the price of Rs. 3300/sft looks very high. Do they negotiate? What could be correct justified price?

Latest Answer: I am looking atr SJR Luxuria and have mixed feelings based on the reviews I have seem.Any current owner pls advice.Also what is the going rates in the area.
