Latest Answer: This builder is a fraud. I booked and flat from them and cancelled the booking since there is problem with the building and none of the banks are ready to give loan for it. Now, since past 6 months I have not recieved the booking amount. Nobody picks up calls and all numbers provided are switched off or the calls are barred. Do not buy from this builder.
