Though there is good difference in pricing, you may consider following points:
1. Look at the pace/quality of work of Mahindras. This is going well on time, even they have solid track record of timely completion with good quality
2. The premium which is being paid for such branded township over others, it always carries throughout the period. For example: flat at Myhome Navadeepa will always be costlier than other gated communities
3. Flats with national brand always have higher liquidity. It can be liquidated easily compared to others
we have booked a flat, their are possession delays which has led to additional tax charges, unresponsive team, lot of hidden costs and issues, as I hear from other flat owners many are not happy, their present clients have a tough time, CRM is worse I have ever experienced!!
There are better developers, if possible stay away from Ashvita and Mahindra group as it belongs to them.
