anybody booked an apartment in Orchid Enclave? anybody booked an apartment in Orchid Enclave?

Hi All, good to see that there's lot of discussion happening around. I just visited the site and I am planning to book a 3BHK APT soon. I approached the site via a road after sriram apartment and the road is in torrid condition. I heard from the marketing team that there's a plan to develop that road and connect to Munnekolalae. I am not sure how far this is true. I saw the HT wire running right on top of the site and not sure what kind of effect it might have. I asked about the land dispute and they told that its resolved and every thing is in shape now. How's the quality of construction of these guys? what could be the best price per sqrt feet that I can pay? Please let me know your opinions guys.
