Boundary wall collapsed just within an year of handover by builder
Q: Some portion of our boundary wall has collapsed only within 1yr of handover of building to apartment owners association. What is the liability of builder now? He says we have to get it repaired on association expenses only. What are the normal rules in such cases?

Latest Answer: Thanks Mr Venugopal, but We have talked to builder he is not ready to get it repaired .He says he can provide technical assistance but not the cost.My question was initially that where we stand legally? what action we can take if he does not get it repaired? P.D.BAJAJ
