Hi Manu there is a 3bhk flat available with 1374 sqft and the price is around Rs 43lakhs
i don't think any 1374 sqft flats are sold at 43 Lakhs...the last i saw was that the builder was quoting around 59 Lakhs! it would have increased by now.

I am planning to book a plot in Hamsadhwani but couldn't find any info in the net, as it is recently launched. Have anyone bought a plot at Hamsadhwani? Any feedback or information on this would be appreciated.
Karthik, I heard that the pre-launch price was around Rs 1000 per sft. Not sure about current rate.
Thanks for your input. Do you think 1000 per sqft is worth for the plot in that area? Is there scope for appreciation in the near future? Would there be enough price appreciation in this area, say like that of Sarjapur OOR areas or HSR?

Hamdhwani is very near to rajagopuram hardly 300ft. Also the rate is inclusive carparking, cauvery water deposit, drainage deposit and registration charges. Over all it is nice.
i heard that the registration chargers are extra...can you please confirm? have you booked a plot?
