it is not A khata property..there are lot of deviation in plan.. they made 7th floor instead of 6..
Q: it is not A khata property..there are lot of deviation in plan.. they made 7th floor instead of 6.. than how can they get A khata.. unless and untill they dont get OC buy paying penalty dont buy it. ohter wise you wont able to sell it
