Want to buy at SRR Wimbledon
Q: Hi i am interested in buying a plot at SRR Wimbledon ASAP. But i hear the project is not approved by Govt.yet. If so, what are the chances of project getting approved and is it safe to buy now ? I guess for now, no bank loans too? Kindly any one can advice me ....I'm a genuine buyer ...

Hi Sukendar, As far as i know BDA has not approved this project. Also this layout is not cleared for even registration too. So no banks will give loans and no registration possible too. plan to purchase plot in parkdale phase II
Q: Hi, Pls advise if there is any legal issue or approval issue with this property. I also wish to know if this is approved by LIC. Thanks in advance

Hi Sunil, I know that park dale phase 2 has no legal issues. HDFC Bank loan is available. 60 % of the layout site is released for registration. Rest 40% awaiting release.
